Latest iPhone 5 News Confirms Larger Screen & New 19 Pin Connector, Both Huge Upgrades From Apple

As the fall inches closer, the iPhone rumor mill is heating up. Luckily for us though, WWDC, the release of iOS 6, and a few crafty outlets have been able to confirm a few new features for the next iPhone, leaving little to doubt. What we don’t know though is the exact iPhone 5 release date. We can confirm that the iPhone 5 will be released in the fall – likely September or October – we just don’t know the exact date yet. The new iPhone will be the first product to fully utilize iOS 6′s capabilities.
From rumored iPhone 5 specs, iPhone5 release date, new leaked photos, a video, a larger iPhone screen, a moved headphone jack and last but not least a metal casing, we have rounded up everything little thing that we know about the iPhone 5.
iPhone 5 Release Date
The iPhone 5 release date is widely expected in September of early October of 2012. Seeing that iOS 6 will be available in the fall you should expect to see that aligned with the release of the iPhone 5.
iPhone 5 Potential Specs
We can officially confirm a new iPhone connector and larger iPhone screen. This is huge news because now Apple’s chargers are no longer consistent from device to device. A huge step by Apple. It is done – which has been on everyone’s wish list since day one. 9to5Mac has some leaked photos of the new screen and casing.
Here are some pretty killer photos of what the next iPhone could look like, thanks to Mashable9to5Mac and etechmag.
