Queens woman found stabbed to death in Rockaways -- and cops question her husband on national boy friend day

Cops found a Queens woman stabbed to death inside a neighbor’s apartment shortly after her husband called 911 to report her missing.

Karla Shah Boguwalski, 39, was discovered Tuesday afternoon in her Rockaways building with multiple stab wounds to the neck, cops said.

Her husband — who had called police to report that his spouse was missing — was questioned at the scene for about two hours before cops put him in a squad car and drove off, according to witnesses.

The couple lived on the second floor — just down the hall from where the victim’s body was found at 6527 Seaspray Ave.

A blood trail suggested the victim was stabbed elsewhere and brought to the apartment, police sources said.

Neighbors described the husband as a strange and scary presence in the building near the Atlantic Ocean.

“Everybody noticed him,” said one man who refused to give his name. “One day we saw him pacing the block back and forth, screaming. His behavior was erratic. He really stuck out.”
