FLOW:My hood is HARLEM from uptown to downtown. I'm originally from 120th between lenox and 7th then I moved to 133rd in 7th then to 150th in the dunbar to now 140th so I been all around.

T.H.S.N.B: Tell us why you love your hood? What are the first things you think of when your hood is brought up?
FLOW: I love my hood cause there's nowhere like it. When I think of my hood I think of the innovators, money makers the grind motivation which comes in many different forms.

T.H.S.N.B: When you fell in love with hip-hop as an art form, which individuals or songs were the key influences in your motivation to create and express?

FLOW: I wouldn't say management exactly but I do have a close net group of ppl that help me with everything I do. Most of my team are ppl that I've known for years and who I trust beyond music and business it's really family like.

Open mics all throughout NYC, colleges in the city and ct, my favorite performance may have to be one we did (off gang) did in donhills for a magazine that we actually placed third In. T.H.S.N.B:  Out of all the expressions that you could have chose, why did you choose hip-hop?
FLOW: I choose hip hop cause I was always a shit talker lol so my teachers in school use to tell me turn those smart ass remarks into "poems" I'm like a poem nah I'll try to rap tho and I always was Witty and had a decent vocabulary so it just made sense

T.H.S.N.B: How do you use hip-hop in your everyday life?
FLOW: From the way I dress, talk, think hip hop is me on the regular

T.H.S.N.B: How are you spreading the medication and education of hip-hop in your area?
FLOW: I got a 17 year old brother so I'm constantly telling him about what he should listen to and what hip hop really is I always try to enlighten him and his friends with bars from myself or other artist and also letting them know it's more to hip hop then the commercial shit they see on tv and hear on radio.

T.H.S.N.B: How do you think that open MIC’s will contribute to the up and coming artist in your hood?
FLOW: I think it'll help us all get better from the way we perform to the content of our songs to be it gives you a senseof professionalism like this is really your job so we always have to take it serious.
